Hi all, I’d like to know the colour scheme for the Storm Walkers before they were reunited with Ferrus. Can anyone help with this or has the information never been released? Many thanks

I think they wore black armour already and the only change made after their reunion with Ferrus was painting their gauntlets silver. Ferrus was one of the earliest primarchs to be rediscovered (the third, after Horus and Russ, IIRC), so the Tenth Legion wasn't the Storm Walkers for very long anyway. I also just can't imagine Ferrus would bother having his men completely change their livery to honour him - he strikes me as being both too pragmatic/businesslike and too humble. He's noted as not even being comfortable with them painting their gauntlets and embracing bionics to honour him.

Can you tell me what makes you think they were already black? I’d like to look for a source for it

AFAIK they're only described as having 'dark' armour. I've used Incubi Darkness for mine, and other people have used dark gray.
