So after my latest trouncing when playing Drukhari the first time at 750pts I learned a few lessons and came up with this list for the next game
I'm going up against Kabals with lots of Raiders, Venoms and most likely again a Reaper, Dual Archons and a Sslyth Bodyguardthingy.

Having learned a few lessons I tried to put as much medium strength shooting into the list with low AP values to make the most of my bucks.
Most Drukhari vehicles seem to have a 4+/5++ with T6, so Autocannons seem like a natural choice.

The plan of the list is as basic as it can get - pop raiders to reduce the mobility of the opponent, then vaporize the contents to win the objective game. Hoplites especially are supposed to hunker down on a center objective and, with Aquistion at all Costs, be tough to remove and excert some influence.
According to mathhammer with Doctrinas and Dominus Reroll both the Balistarii and the Onagers should be able to put down a Raider per turn on avg.
There's some wiggle room in the list since I could reduce the infantry count to add a 3rd Onager... Not convinced the Arc Rifles will do much, but at 4 pts a pop for +2S they might actually make a difference.
Also not too sure about the Assassin. I mostly intend to use a Vindicare to pop some Archon heads (that 2++ invul can be painful otherwise) or maybe an Eversor for some cleanup duty. The CP cost is intense though with only 1 Battalion.
Unfortunately I am limited to 3 Chickens modelwise currently...

Biggest worry is the transports being popped before I can disembark since that could prove to throw quite a wrench in my plans...

I chime in as a DE player. I don't always remember what Ad Mech does, I just know how to take it apart, but I'll give you advice from the drukhari side of things.

The Raider transports are T5 and gunboats, Ravagers are T6. Worth noting. What guns does the opponent use? Disintegrator Cannons or Dark Lances? A mix?

Further, he's not taking FeelNoPain on the vehicles, is he? If he's using Kabal of the Black Heart, then it's okay, but if his list is Flayed Skull kabal, vehicles do not get "Inured to Suffering", which is FNP onna . I bring that up because a lot of non-drukhari players assume all the models have FNP, but that's only if one fields vehicles in a Black Heart detachment.

The +2S, does that make Arc Rfiles S5 or 6 ? Raiders & venoms are T5. Ravagers T6.

What h2h can you field? If he's not running wyches nor a coven, wracks & grotesques, then being able to beat up his boats is best. Their Invuln only exists for shooting and kakblite warriors fold * blow away like wet paper. And archons are *not* h2h beasts. I've been fielding DE for 18 months and only once has one ever really gone 'beast mode' and that was purely a function of dice - that Invuln not failing for like, 20 rolls.

Bring the h2h to him and that ought to do it. There are all kinds of 'servo arms' and quasi-power fists in Ad Mech, right?

Sorry if I get the terminology wrong, I'm absolutely unfamiliar with DE vehicles.
So far I remember most Dark Lances (those S8 Ap -4 D6 weapons that can tear holes in vehicles), but I expect to appear more mixed the higher in points we go.

I dont remember FNP being taken on vehicles, but that is a good point to remember. Honest mistakes happen and he's definately not the type to try and pull sneaky shenangigans like that.

Regular ranger weapons are S4, Arc Rifles tune it up to S6 with D3 damage against vehicles, now for 2 points a pop with CA19.

Actually high S melee is not admech's forte.
What melee we got is mostly low-to mid S.

There's the always present electro priests with a 5++/5+++ that turns into a 3++ once they wipe a unit (S5/D3), Infiltrators with Taser Goads (S6, exploding on 6s), Ruststalkers (S4, causing mortal wounds on 6s), Sydonian Dragoons (fast with 10", -1 hit above 12", S8/D2, exploding 6's) and Kastelan Robots (S10, D3, but no transport and only 8" moves).

And then there's the Secutarii Hoplites which have a few arc shots and S6, D3 melee vs vehicles.

Problem is catching the buggers since admech transports are not exactly durable (T6, 12W, no invul).

I have somewhat of a target oversaturation problem since everything has either a big gun or is threatening my non-melee units with h2h...

With the new pts I could sneak in the 3rd Onager at the cost of the Assassin. There's also the option of swapping the 10 hoplites for 9 Priests OR the Balistarii with Autocannons against the Dragoons with the Taser loadout. I somewhat prefer the Dragoons now since they also act as a distraction carnifex that MUST be dealt with. Beyond 12" they also have a -2 to hit which make Dark Lances relatively ineffective, hitting on 5s.
