I have not spotted any changes in the point values or the Tactic cards in the new Annual.

They mentioned it was done to collect them all in one place but also say that rules in the book supersedes any previous version.

Saw the point change for the ork CC weapons but someone mention that was already resolved in the elite book.. (but I don't play orks)

So was there any major changes that I am missing ???

There are a bunch of changes.

Just for example:
Death Denied is now 3CP
Vorne only has 2 wounds
CSM have access to autocannons and missile launchers

You'll find more if you look.

On the other hand, there are tactics that were fixed via errata that have had the unfixed version printed in the annual.

Also, it does not contain all tactics. I haven't gone through them all but I've already spotted missing tactics.

It does seem GW has written this books with almost nothing that interests me in purchasing it as an avid Kill Team Player. I don't personally have any interest in the factions consolidated/added. I have enough the missions or have no issue collaborating with my opponent for more. And I am especially not paying for what appears like a FAQ/Errata level of rules changes from all that I heard.

I suppose if the factions in are of interest, the player didn't get a chance to buy a couple/few of the battlezones and is a tournament player (which I don't think there is enough here to really warrant a must own even for tournament play) I guess it is worth the, I'm guessing, thirty or so bucks. Seems like a lot of wasted potential and effort to me though.

The book isn't out.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

When people ask, "What's the point in understanding everything?" they've just disqualified themselves from using questions and should disappear in a puff of paradox. But they don't understand and just continue existing, which are also their only two strategies for life.

I was just trying to wrap my head around the big watch out changes.. don't need every little minor ones.. but
if something is major I was trying to find out because I don't play very often and don't have much personal time
to cross reference everything.

As someone who just has core, Commanders and the Daemons White Dwarf how useful is this?

You'll get a bunch of new missions (only two if which are genuinely new but they'll be new to you) and a bunch of new tactics (some genuinely new, some new to you). Some of the tactics are game changing.
