I finally started my craft world army and need help deciding between 2 different list and determining which would be better for 1600 points The first is
Ulthwe foresight if the damned batalion 1019pts
HQ
Autarch Skyrunner legend with banshee mask, laster lance, power sword, shriken pistol, twin shriken caripolts and waller of many paths
Farseer with smite, doom, shriken pistol, which blade
Troops
5x rangers
5x rangers
5x rangers
Elites
Bonesinger with ghost walk, faolcha wings
5 wraithguard with wraith cannons
Fast
7 shining spears and an exarch with laser lance and twin shriken catapults
Heavy
4 dark reapers with reaper launchers and an exarch with exarch power and tempest launcher
Super heave aux ulthwe foresight of the damned 356pts
Wraithknight with 2 starcannons, titanic ghost glaive and scatter shield
Supreme comand ulthwe foresight of the damned 235pts
Eldrad with guide, doom, fortune, crushing orb and fait reader
Warlock with smite and protect with shriken pistol
Warlock with quicken and restreain and shriken pistol
Grand total for this army is 1610 with 8 cp i might swap the wraithguard out for string scorpions but not sure if that woof be helpful. The second list is as follows
Biel Tan Batalion 1254 points
HQs
Farseer
Warlock
Wraithseer
Troops
5xrangers
5x rangers
5x rangers
Elites
2 bonsingers
10 wraithgaurd with wraith cannons
Heavy
3x wraithlords with 2 shriken catapults each
Transport
Wave serpent with tein shriken cannons and two shriken catapults
Super heavy Aux bieltan
Wraithknight with 2 shriken cannons, titanic ghostglaive and scatter shield.
Grand total for this list is 1600 on the nose.
I really like both of these lis and currently only own the wraithknight because i really like the model so im trying to figure out what to get next and whether either of these list would be any good. I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions to help me make a good 1600 point list

I'd suggest trying to get the Wave Serpent and the small Wraithguard squad into the same list. They're short-ranged, not fast, and if your enemy screens properly the Deep Strike stratagem won't help that much, but the Wave Serpent makes it much easier to get them in range to fire.

What should I get rid of in that first list to fit in the wave serpent. Should I eliminate the supreme comand detachment or get rid of a few shining spears?

I'd drop the Supreme Command detachment. The current psychic rules make taking a bunch of Seers not that helpful.

Okay so i dropped the supreme comand and now my HQs are Eldrad, a war lock and autarch skyrunner. Kept eldrad and warlock to keep fortune, doom and jinx and added a wave serpent. Also, had enough to give autarch a reaper cannon. Is that better.

Your probably going to want to go with a custom Craftworld with expert crafters and the always in cover trait. Make sure your dark reapers always have a wave serpent they can start the game in. The wraithknight, even with multiple points drops now is still bad and going to get shot off the table turn one every game if it’s the only big target. Wraithlords are the better and cheaper way to get mor firepower in your army. Since your not using flyers I’d recommend a guardian blob or more wave serpents to screen with. Make sure you can get doom and jinx out on whatever you want to die every turn.

I know the wraithknight will be a big target my hope is that a 5 invuln and a 5 or 6 fnp along with a bonesinger will get the jnight into the second round. My local area only does 3 round games so if it can last two rounds and draw the mahority of firepower so the shining spears can capture objectives I'll be okay. But I will absolutely take your advice and look into getting more flyers and serpents in the future.

3 rounds?! The game usually doesn’t even get interesting until the later turns when hard decisions start having to be made

I know but we all got kids and limited time on Sunday's lol. But it allows for some interesting list because things that usually don't see the table a whole lot can see some action.
