I believe the current rule for named characters from forge world chapters of uncertain heritage is that you can choose what chapter they get to be successors of. My question is this:

Could they be named as successors of Blood Angels, Space Wolves and Dark Angels?

Could lead to some powerful combos if possible!

Fully Painted Armies: 2200pts Orks 1000pts Space Marines 1200pts Tau 2500pts Blood Angels 3500pts Imperial Guard/Renegades and 1700pts Daemons 450pts Imperial Knights

I can't see why not.

I believe you can for DA/BA as they both have a successors rule.

RAW space wolves do not, so the only option is ‘counts as’ and then you couldn’t pick a Forgeworld character with a different tag.

Just stepping in here to say that while you can pick which Legion a FW keyword is a Successor too if it's not already established in the fluff (e.g. The Raptors are Raven Guard successors so you can't pick anything other than being a Raven Guard successor), adding a FW character actually prevents that detachment from benefiting from Chapter Tactics from a strict RaW reading. Full explanation here, but I just want to mention it for the sake of completeness rather than rehash the discussion again. While the wording if from the 2017 Codex, the same situation remains with the 2019 wording.

Ulfhednar_42 has it right though that you cannot declare it as a Space Wolf Successor because the rules don't permit you to do it, but you can for any of the other 8 original legions as per their rules.
