I am tearing my hair out trying to find it. I could have sworn that an update gave every unit with ADEPTUS ASTARTES and HERETIC ASTARTES Bolter Dicipline but I can't find the FAQ that gives CSM Bolter Dicipline. The "Space Marines: Other Publications" FAQ only grants Hateful Assault.

Its in Psychic Awakening Faith and Fury.
Also its called "Malicious Volleys" for Heretics, and only affects Terminators, Bikers and Helbrutes (keywords). From that I believe any Hellforged Dreadnoughts miss out unless they have the Helbrute keyword.

And nothing suggests the September FAQ is invalid, so Death Guard and Thousand Sons still have Bolter Discipline, as do Hellforged Dreadnoughts.

Thousand Sons are actually covered in their PA book with Malicious Volleys (if they didn't change the name for fun).

From Faith and Fury, for heretic astartes. Malicious Volleys:
• The firing model’s target is within half
the weapon’s maximum range.
• The firing model is INFANTRY and
every model in its unit remained
stationary in your previous
Movement phase.
• The firing model is a TERMINATOR ,
BIKER or HELBRUTE.
Too bad I want my double combi-bolter rhino to be useful. But I guess, they have bolter disciplie, technically since it doesn't say this replaces it, though it really does.
