On the planet of Khai-Zhann, an uprising is brewing. Terrorist attacks have hit law enforcement, government agencies and PDF locations. The 176th regiment of the KZ-PDF have been tasked with securing law and order in Ashshore, a major port in the southern rim of Khai-Zhan.

However, their first meeting with the insurgents didn´t end well for the 176th. Following the failure of 3rd platoon to crush the insurgents in the Ashshore hive outskirts, 1st platoon of the 176th KZ-PDF launched an ill-fated assault on rebel positions, which ended with the total loss of the entire 1st company. Now, the insurgent attack is threatening to overrun the last line of the 176th, their forward operating base in district 14.

I’m loving this campaign - good narrative, clear photos, great terrain and some really cool conversions in both forces.

Good to see the poor old PDF hanging on for the win. The battle really see-sawed in the last couple of turns. Luckily they nailed the spawn early on - those things hit hard

Also, sorry to see your new Ogryn go down to first game blues - I have felt that pain!

Thanks guys.

Those spawn are generally target number one, as even one can be a threat to a squad of guardsmen. One day, they might even reach the frontlines
