There certainly was some fun in the White Dwarf about the WFB world being stuck somewhere in the 40K galaxy, and possibly Sigmar even being the never-recovered-Legion II or Legion XI Primarch.

The part where that falls apart is where all 20 primarchs were found and all 20 fought in the Great Crusade. This is easy information to find...

Anyhoo, there have been numerous connections over the years such as the treasures of the Old Ones from the Albion campaign. Try to guess which 40k items those are. The mad ravings of a wizard seeing Dark Mechanicus daemon engines in some of the old Liber Chaotica books, Draigo seemingly showing up in one of the End Times books. The 3 minor gods of Chaos (Ans'l, Mo'rcck and Phraz-Etar) who the CSMs honour with the spikes on their armour, though the people they are based on are known for more fantasy leaning work (or simply creating Chaos in WHFB/GW themselves) etc. I seem to recall there was one where it was flipped and it implied the 40k universe was simply inside a crystal ball on a wizard's desk or something.

Now, AFAIK there has been no connection between 40k and AOS, but give it time, they might sneak a few references in here and there. That Draigo one is only but 5 years old at this point.
