I am currently in the process of making a 40k Thunderwarriors army. The basis of my conversions are the Stormcast Eternals Liberators. For one of my HQ's I'd like them to have a bulkier look. I've figured out the head, shoulders, and arms, but it kind-of makes the torso look a bit puny. I'm not familiar with the AoS line. Is there any Stormcast model that has a bulkier torso I could substitute? If not , is there a 3rd party bit potentially? Other than that, any suggestions?

A lot of nurgle models could have what you're looking for. 40k Plague Marines came to mind instantly, the kind with the big belly plate:



The Putrid Blightkings box has a few similarly shaped and sized torsos too.

Problem solved, accidentally and for FREE. After racking my brain about this for a while I decided to just move on to something else.

I started looking for conversion bits for my Custodes, when a bit rolled out. About a year ago I purchased a Scibor "totally not a Custodes Jetbike" as a relic jetbike. The rider's torso was just too chunky for my tastes and swapped it out for a Custodian Guard torso. The leftover Scibor bit is perfect. Even has the lightning bolts on the armor.
