Hey y'all,

I bought this deff dread in like 2006 as I was starting to form a bit of an Orks/Goblins army. It was in an individual clear front package, is 100% metal, and only came with the attachments currently on it. I don't have the packaging anymore and can't find it or anything that even looks similar anywhere online.

Wondering if anyone can help identify what kind of deff dread this guy is.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Stephano

Thanks for such quick replies guys. Super helpful. You guys really know your stuff!

Did a little more research building on what I learned from you guys and it looks like the plasma cannon is a "Heavy Plasma Gun" that the old Rogue Trader rules for Ork Dreadnaughts allowed. Saw it on an old post on a neat custom Rogue Trader Dreadnaught build. (Will link)

Looks like he has, 1x Las Cannon, 1x Bent Power Claw Arm, and 1x Heavy Plasma Cannon.

Do either of y'all know what that horizontal crane-like grabber is called?

Thanks again for all of your assistance!

You're right! It looks exactly like a mega-gargant battle claw. Looks like dreadnaughts can have battle claws and in battle can either choose to attack twice with the claw or 3 times with their assault cannon (assuming they don't have the additional weapons).

This little guy is turning out to be a pretty unique poster child of the Ork's mechanical MacGyvering abilities

Once again, thank you both for your input and very helpful assistance!
