Hey guys. Finished up the paint test group for my first necrons ever. Wondering if I could get some thoughts. Please and thank you.

Not bad mate! CC: The grey on the weapons needs a highlight. The orange from the weapon coils looks like it's gone on some of the grey parts will make the models look a little messy especially from a birds eye view. I like the rusted effect good job. Not a huge fan of non GW bases, would also try to keep the rim clean of offending paint.

Great start for a new army. I really like the orange and black color scheme. I agree with the comments about the gun needing an extra highlight, but it's a good start. The eyes look pretty cool - a nice subtle glow effect coming out there. Looks good against the skull helm. All in all, a strong start. I hope you like the new necron stuff coming out!

I do indeed! Hence why I'm painting up what I have been scooping up 2nd hand.
