She took a while, but I finished my Hogor Warqueen (counting as Frostlord on Stonehorn)!
I've always really loved the character in the Great Unclean One kit, but I never really had a reason to get one as I don't play anything Nurgle related. Conversely, I've never really gelled with the "Ogres on Mammoths" aesthetic of the Beastrider kits, so the problem here solved itself!
Lot of greenstuff work sculpting the nose/ears/lips, giving her a proper regal bosom, and doing massive ammounts of skin repair. The crown was 3D printed, as was the contents of her wine-goblet.

I plan on sprinkling in a little bit of everything now that I've got my core infantry block and heroes done. Next on the list are some mournfang riders and gnoblars, and my mawpot.

Any photos of her before she was primed?

I've got a few pre-painted photos, but nothing much showing off the greenstuff work. I always forget while I'm doing that step.

Pre any additions, just figuring out the accessories.


Greenstuffed (and greyscaled so you cant see :p) There was a LOT of filling in open wounds and sores. The GUO is really gross you guys...


And primed. The bra straps I did with synthetic twine and was probobly the hardest part of the conversion, involving a mix of knot tying and superglue.
