I'm looking for bionic legs and armored legs that have better armor then Scions. If you know of any good options please send me links.

What do you mean by "better armor"? More armor, closer to normal Cadian legs, medieval knight style, etc. That would help narrow down suggestions.

Baring that, the most I can do right now is recommend you look around Anvil Industry's store. Here's their Bionic Parts selection for Regiments Infantry (IG). https://anvilindustry.co.uk/regiments-bionic-parts#/pageSize=6&viewMode=grid&orderBy=0

Tau fire warrior legs work quite well with cadians. The waist is a bit slender but that can be concealed easily enough.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

No problem. Anvil is usually my first go to when looking for parts as they have a great selection designed to be 40k conversions. Just be careful which ones you get as the Exo-Lords are designed for SM models, not regular human IG. The page I linked was for IG though, so if you selected off it you should be fine.
