Ephrael Stern and her Harlequin friend cost 125 points to be included in your army (for both of them, wargear and all), though they are treated as separate units from the moment they are set up.

While We Fight, We Stand as a Mission-Secondary asks you to nominate your three most expensive models (in point costs). How are Ephrael and her friend valued with regards to that rule?

I would assume 125 together and only counted if both dead. (Similar to the knight special character?)

RAW I would say they both have an individual cost of 0. The "while we stand" secondary talks about models, not units. If the models have no individual cost, they can't qualify for the secondary.

To make one or both eligible they'd have to provide a break down of how many points are attributable to each.

The knight special character, chronus and other models that spawn after the first model dies have their own rule about how to count them. This duo has nothing, and it's fundamentally different because they both start on the board anyway, it's not a kill one and the next spawns thing.
