The new 2 wound rule for every imperium model type is going to ensure the poor xenos are about to become the whipping boys they were always meant to be. Not a single eldar model has gotten a buff in wounds yet. And their weapons all have the same stats. Csm arev getting these upgrades necrons have them. orks will be getting many multi wound. The entire eldar range is I believe being readied to be squatted after the horrendous sales and huge losses made on the blood of the phoenix box. I'd say that psychic focus no longer being a thing for no reason probably affected those armies more than this.

No, every Imperium model is not getting two wounds, not even every Space Marine model is getting that treatment. Likewise, Eldar aren't going anywhere, and there are armies that were far less functional through 40k's history. The game is absolutely in a weird spot and is an ugly work in progress, but I think we can close this one here.
