I've seen it referenced on 1d4chan but can't find any info on it. Does anyone know where I could find information on such a thing?

Heirophant? I know there's a 40k model through Forge World. Thing's huge. I think the base is like 12" diameter. Quick Google search shows Epic models as well.

Epic had three titans the Hierodule, Hierophant and Dominatrix. You can see photos of them here

This was years back and when Forgeworld did them the Hierophant became a huge model whilst the Hyroduel changed a lot into a much smaller more compact model with two versions (one with bioguns the other with scything talons).

The Dominatrix hasn't been seen in years since epic.

There were metal models for the Nids Hierophant, Hierodule, and Dominatrix before Forgeworld started doing them. I've been using the Hierodules as Lictors or Hive Tyrants in my Nid army for a very, very long time.
