Not surprised, I've heard similar calls from other firms too in general. Mail systems have already been under heavy pressure and that's before we consider supplies of things as well and the fact that most are expecting much heavier mail ordering pressure this winter.

It's taking 14 days+ for my orders from the UK to be delivered, the only way to get relatively quick delivery is to pay for couriers and even they are taking 2 to 3 days longer than normal. The releases on the 12th will be hit or miss for pre Christmas delivery so I'm not surprised that they've made the cut-offs earlier but it's a bit short notice for countries like the US and Canada
