So I found the store where I can buy Black 3.0 online.
But the shipping costs more then the tupe. On top of that there is a 25% import tax to norway.
One tube would end up costing me around 60 USD. Witch is steep.
Do anybody know of cheaper places to buy it?

I think thats pretty much the only source seeing as how they manufacture and sell the product directly. Other stores might carry it too but they generally seem to mark up the price as I don't believe culture hustle/stuart semple does trade sales.
That being said, if you're planning on using it for minis I encourage you to save your money. Its "blackout"/"black hole" features are grossly overstated, its just a very matte black color which doesn't paint onto minis particularly well and flakes/rubs off fairly easily. It obscures miniature details too much for it to be useful in most applications, but not enough for it to actually be useful for what you would probably want to use it for (cool/weird daemon or nighthaunt effects, for example). Its just not worth the price theyre asking for it, at least not as far as mini painting is concerned.

As chaos said, Black 2.0-3.0-Blackest Black are an interesting novelty, but not really a good paint for miniatures.
The light absorbing properties rely on a very rough surface finish to work. It does not like being touched due to its fragility, and on top of that, varnishing it ruins the effect. It doesn't even look very impressive on a small scale.

I would stillike to try them I do not know if deluting them with water or lahmian medium/contrast paint medium would have an affect on the blackness or if vanishing would.
I have seen the video where somebody is trying it. I do belive having another acrylic paint underneath would fight a lot of the problems with it flaking of. Further, it flaked up in the edges. There I would have drubushed/edge highlighted it anyway.
But 60 USD is to much!

Diluting or vanishing / sealing destroys it - from their FAQ:
Q. Can I put a topcoat over it then?
A. NO that will destroy the matte effect, and many topcoats (including our COAT) will react with the paint and ruin the finish.

To add to the consensus.
If you are looking to use this for minis...dont.
At mini scale it offers no benefits that standard black acrylic doesn't.
Its a niche niche product even for use on larger scale artworks.
Do not waste your money.

If you persist please share the result, I have considered this too.
You buy the pigment, correct? Do you need to select a medium to mix it with. I imagine water wouldn’t be good at all

Honestly I have a bottle I would send you at the cost of shipping since its basically useless to me, but the shipping quote from the US to Bergen came out to $200 so thats not helpful.

Hers a thought - if you're deadset on this, have you considered trying to split it with a couple friends? You honestly get a *ton* of paint in the bottle, about 12-13x the contents of a GW paint pot. I can't imagine you're planning to use all of that? You can maybe split it 3 or 4 ways to make it more affordable?

Well thank you for looking into it.
I suppose this is a pipedream anyway.

Seems odd to me when in miniature painting blacks generally consist of very little actual black..

I'd avoid it. Based on some of the stuff I've seen it looks cool as an effect, but it's shelling a lot of money for something you won't use on a regular basis or won't stand up to gaming wear and tear. If you want your models to be readable, you barely use black.

...are you overnighting it with a special courier service? Either that or you're sending literal gallons of paint. A single container of paint shouldn't cost $200 to ship outside the US, even with FedEx or UPS.
