From the KS (a fair way down the main page)

We are aware that not everybody has access to a 3D printer yet, and so we are pleased to announce that all our FX will be for sale, in printed form, on our website as soon as the bundle has been sent to the backers (one month after the end of the campaign).

They note also that they won't sell a bundle of all the parts, but that you'll basically be able to just pick and choose which bits you want to buy when ordering.

They estimate delivery to be in April 21st so it shouldn't be long after that.

Considering that they've basically made the digital assets for the most part there shouldn't be any major delay with thus KS delivering.
