Does it feature a gallery section showing the "official" schemes for the named... Dynasties?
If not, can anyone point me in the direction of an online reference which does?

It doesn't as such, but a number are pictured throughout.
Lexicanum's list of Dynasties includes some pictures: https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/List_of_Necron_Dynasties
Although, note that a single Dynasty may have multiple colour schemes, so to an extent you can do what you want without breaking canon.

Check out GW painting guides on Youtube, I also found a Mephrit guide in an old White Dwarf.

This is all they really give you in the new book. The lack of solid color schemes like you get with Marines is one of the more disappointing things to me. Heck, there’s one Dynasty repeatedly mentioned in fluff that people are interested in but their appearance has never even been described.

Altymhor. Their little bit of fluff talks about them desiring non-Necron slaves, and once moving in to a Nephrekh world while they were sleeping, only to be kicked off when the Nephrekh woke up.
