You've done pretty much everything right here for the theme and build you want, so there really is not much to say;
-10 man knight units is a LOT, the main reason to run that many is to buff them all at once. You do have a few effects for that, but I think splitting up one of the units into two 5-man ones would be better.
-I don't think the cloak is doing your lord much good, considering he will have charge rerolls anyways when he's the general (they benefit from their own chaos aura).
-Be sure to have two extra marauder horseman units on the side for summoning via the ravagers command ability, if you don't already!
But yeah, you nailed just about everything. You even got all the equipment options right, something I see new StD players struggle with all the time.
