So, my Frostlord has Old Granite Tooth and Storm Chaser. Both abilities add 1 to charge rolls units in range. So, does that mean I add 2 to my charge roll for elidgible units? Or just one?

Generally modifiers to a roll will stack yes, unless they say otherwise.
You can only reroll a given dice once though regardless of the sources of the rerolls.
You can make multiple rolls to prevent damage if you have multiple abilities that grant them - colloquially known as save-after-saves or feel no pain rolls (unlike in 40k where you are limited to one maximum).

Note that matched play does have a rule which limits you to one roll for damage negation.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.
I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games. |

Ever since ghb2020 no you couldn't. Max 1 ignore roll regardless of source. If you have more than 1 you can pick whichever you want(generally better unless you need to fail them)
