I’m thinking I want to head swap the Kruleboyz to more traditional Orc heads so the better blend into my existing Clanz. Here’s the first one, not blended in at all yet, just kind of roughly stuck on for a simple comparison. Thoughts?

It is surprising how much just changing the head makes to the overall feel. Not that they were bad before but to my old eyes this feels far more in line with the current stuff.

For me, I prefer the new look. Those old heads just look goofy to me.

On the second one, no. He happened to have a bare head with clean neck, so made an easy slap an old one on to test. The majority of them have stuff that will require cleaning up and some sculpting.

I think they might also work the other way around?
