Bye to the old and hello to the new. A bit of history for you and what is to come.

1. The Thunder Warriors were created and used to serve a purpose for the Emperor. They had flaws and the Emperor eliminated them at the end of the unification using the Original Space Marines.
2. The original space marines have served their purpose for the Emperor. They too have flaws as seen by the corruption to Chaos, the flaws in the Chapters (Blood Angels, Space Wolves, etc).
3. The Primaris Space Marines are the new better versions of Space Marines who will be used to eliminate the original space marines as had been done to the Thunder Warriors.
4. Shocking! I know, but not for the Emperor. This will not happen right now, but it will do so after Abaddon is killed in the next Crusade.
5. But wait! Let me also give you some hidden history of what will come.
6. A new(old) enemy will emerge during the culling of the original space marines. A savior, with a grudge against the emperor, who shall take the remaining original Space Marines and create a new faction.
7. I was not sure if he would be the new Chaos Leader, but it looks like he won't be. He will be more of a neutral leader who will try to carve out a safety sector for the marines. They will help humanity but also be against the Emperor.
8. As for who will become the new Chaos Leader, I think they will let the Chaos Legions fight amongst themselves for a bit to see who comes out on top while working on the culling.
9. The name of the new/old enemy is... that would spoil it, but I can tell you he is not really a bad guy. But it will be interesting to see how he survived for so long and who he has aligned with to help save the other original space marines during the cull. But I could post it if people really want to know.

Your theory falls at point 3. Primaris retain the geneseed flaws of their chapter.

And rowboat only thinks of primaris as tools he has no emotional conection to them and does not consider them his real sons according to the BL books.

I am a bit confused. Is this a supposed leak from a source in GW? Is this a list of speculation based on hints left in recent publication?

1. Primaris geneseed is from non traitor legions, enhanced to have only a .001% if genetic deviance, nearly immune to the genetic changes, compared to the original space marines. So as stated just like the originals were used to wipe out the first Thunder warriors, the same will happen with primaris to the originals.
2. Primaris have 3 extra organs
3. The emperor will be making the order exterminatus.
4. Will Robot Obey? I don’t know. I’m guessing yes at first but no later on.
5. However, he is not the old new enemy who will return.
6 this won’t happen for a while until after Abadon dies and chaos retreats for a while to fight among themselves to see who will lead again.

So whats the point of witholding info from your fanfic? It's not even particulary interesting nor inventive fanfic. About C grade.

In the meantime, I’ll pick out what I perceive to be flaws.

The Astartes have always been disposable. Their sole purpose is as living weapons of the Emperor’s Vengeance. They are not the Primarchs. Even during the height of the Great Crusade, and even beyond The Heresy, they were grist for the mill. They know it. It’s not a fate hidden from them. It’s part of their cultural honour to die on some far flung battlefield in service to their Chapter and The Emperor.

They know their death will lead to future recruits. None of this is hidden or obscured from them. To become Astartes is to accept a life of violence and a truly glorious death.

Primaris? There’s absolutely no hint, sign or suggestion that their existence necessitates a purge of the Firstborn. At all. If anything, their forebears will, given the opportunity, risk that upgrade that they might better serve Chapter and Emperor. And if the Firstborn are assigned the forlorn hope? Welcome to being an Astartes. Achieving the otherwise impossible is their stock in trade. It’s literally what they’re for.

Historically, Forlorn Hopes were always billed as glorious affairs. Your chances of survival are low, sure. You simply cannot pretend or present it otherwise. But when you bring those walls tumbling down (or equivalent action) you will have glory unrivalled.

So I’m afraid this theory, whilst not uninteresting in itself, doesn’t stand up to scrutiny.
