Has anyone got a lot of the old and also getting into the new chamber or stuff too?

I was wondering how well they mix in, looks wise really but I guess playstyle too if I ever get round to it.

Obviously they have this new sleek look compared to the old ones. So would like some new look characters go with all old units, or vice versa, or a mix of each etc?

Mainly we are waiting on the new battletome, which will flesh everything out and provide answers to these questions.

So far they aren't from a new chamber (bar Knight-Arcanum), rather they are SCE from existing chambers who were given upgraded gear.

Ok so very similar to Primaris in that sense.
But all new weapons as well as being in new armour.
Is it mentioned that this armour is rarer or limited?
Or have we not gotten that much info yet from articles etc.
I guess again we will know a lot more once we are in the realms of battle tome being out etc.

This armor is rarer and limited to the best-of-the-best, yeah.

Looks wise they blend in well, you can see the difference, they aren't actually taller but have a lot more resting stances not fighting stances which makes them appear taller, they are slimmer (some anyway) however they don't feel out of place.

Gameplay wise in the games I've used them they also blend in well with a lot of compatibility between new and old the only thing that doesn't seem to mesh is the unique spell of the Knight-Arcanum which requires thunderstrike units to enhance the range but that's not super annoying since it's a slightly enhanced Arcane Bolt

I wouldn't view them as Primaris analogues, their armor is a rare armoir, that's better and is thus reserved for the elites. if one needed to find a marine analogue I'd argue it's more a terminator analogue
