Any suggestions on what to use for magnetic sheeting to Line the bottom of bins that will keep my models stuck down tight? They have steel washers on the bases. I got some adhesive backed magnetic sheets online but they were very weak.

Normally I hear people putting rare earth magnets (so good and strong) under the base of the minis, and magnetic sheets in the boxes/trays.
Just the sheet and a washer might not be good enough.

I use magnets, both self-adhesive sheets and neo-dymium magnets, under bases to transport models. The sheets I either use in the size of the base or as a two-layer (for thickness) block under the base. When using too much magnetic sheet, you risk ripping your mini off the base and leaving the base on the metal sheet.
For big models, greater than 60mm round, I use neo-dymium magnets glued into plasticard to avoid that the rigid superglue and the rigid magnet pop off the flexible plastic base.

Magnets in the bases, steel sheet in the tray.
Magnetic sheets I find aren't strong enough to get a good grip on just a washer in a model's base.

I started off trying a flexible magnetic sheet in the base, with neodymium magnets in the base, but it didn’t hold so well, so I picked up some steel angle. Let’s me put squads on the angle, and the surface area of the steel is enough to get a good grip on the base sheet, so it’s kind of a combination of convenience and problem fix all in one
