As per title. WarCom has a metawatch article, and the SoB list shown has two of the same Batallion.

You can in most cases. I believe the ones in GHB are limited to 1 use.

Correct. Only GHB specific ones are limited to 1. Maybe in future other limited ones come in supplement but core book and battletome ones are duplicable up to units you can field(2 warlord maximum in 2k for example as can't have more than 6 heroes).

Kruleboys can get tons of free CP's if they want

I haven't felt too choked for Command points right yet, but I have been wanting ways to lower the drop count of my Kruleboyz list. And now with this knowledge, I can take it down to two drops. Can't reach the sacred 1-drop with this unfortunately, but it's progress.
