It could be very possible, genetics is a dam strange thing...imagine being that Marine in the squad, eh...The only one with blond hair! He would stick out something fierce. He may even be extra special.

Nah, like all Emos, they dye.

Just remember folks. Panic. Panic all the time. It's the only way to survive, other than just being mindful, of course-but geez, that's so friggin' boring. - Aegis Grimm

But they might not be the only one. The malfunctioning nature of the Raven Guard's gene seed is a gradual process and doesn't immediately chalk their skin, and darken their eyes and hair. You could very easily have a whole squad with none of the regular RG attributes simply because their mutations haven't kicked in.

Now thinking about it, there's no reason that space marines can't dye their hair.

"Brother, it appears it may rain."
"WHAT! Quickly Brothers we must find shelter immediately!"
"Brother why is your face all streaked with black dye?"

Prior to Corax's discovery, XIXth legion marines would develop black hair, white skin, or black eyes. Rarely two of them and never all three. After Corax's discovery, every new Raven Guard developed all three traits.

Raven Guard geneseed seems to be fairly prone to mutation, with the Death Spectres developing white skin and red eyes instead. So I could certainly see a successor that had even different mutations.

Black Emo bangs look better than blond ones, truth be told.

IIRC it used to be canon that only Space Wolves go grey...

Considering its 40k, and there are pretty good odds that the rain is acid or blood, just think of it as one more reason to keep the helmet on.
Though really, the emo shame should do that anyway.

It's definitely possible, and more than likely probable.

The Raven Guard are more predisposed towards the pale skin/dark hair look, but it's not universal.
