I was looking at some Raging Heros models as an alternative to a few GW units I don’t like the aesthetic of. Do the models blend well with GW models or do they stick out pretty clearly?

Depending on which models you get, they will likely stand out a bit. Raging Heroes models tend to have more exaggerated action poses.

Yeah, it will depend on the models you want to know about.
I have some V1 of their sisters of battle, and they are way to thin to look right alongside GW SoB, and would be closer to eldars. They did bulk up the V2 though, but I do not own any.
Their demons on the other hand work well with other daemonettes.

I also have a bunch of the V1 sisters, and they are very slender compared to the GW Sisters line, along with having a very different aesthetic. That being said, their Vanquishers in particular fit well alongside GW Sisters (I use them to represent Celestians) and some of their hero characters are also good fits. I can take some pics for scale comparison when I get home, if you would like.

The difference between the lines is much more about physique and aesthetic style than of "scale," at least in the height dimension. The Exemplars/Icariates/Crimson Redeemers in particular are very, very slender, with little bulkiness to their armor. Whereas GW's Sisters have a feminine, streamlined profile to their armor, but still give a sense of some armored bulkiness. It's even more accentuated by the posing: they have very exaggerated "ballet dancer" posing.
The Vanquishers, as I mentioned, are probably closest to GW Sisters in terms of silhouette and bulk. They look more like they're wearing the same general class of power armor as Battle Sisters, just with a different mechanical and decorative style. Hence why I use them as Celestians--they actually stand out from the regular Battle Sisters with more ornate armor and robes and such.
The Knights of the Chalice are easily the size of Primaris Marines overall, though even they have this extremely wasp-waisted silhouette. I've used them on a couple occasions as Celestian Sacresants, as they have gigantic shields and heavy melee weapons.
Special characters are of course their own thing. I originally was going to use Agatha and/or the Archpapess lady as Inquisitors or maybe Canonesses. Agatha could easily stand in for an Inquisitor in terminator armor. But since the new codex dropped I've been using her as my Dogmata.
There are a couple hero characters that I didn't take pictures of--a hospitaller and a simulacrum/imagifier type. They have the same general characteristics of the Exemplars, scale-wise.
