Food for a Giant Fenrisian Wolf

Hi, new to the forum, came here from a google search about finding 40k minis.
I was doing my usual second hand store runs when I came across this.
Some cursory ebay checking didn't pull up anything except a similar looking sealed box with a space marine annihilator.
Anyone have any thoughts on what this might be roughly worth?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Owns Whole Set of Skullz Techpriests

Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

Version 2 of the Predator was an odd choice by GW.

They went from a 100% plastic kit with a domed turret (which Forge World now replicates) to a hybrid plastic/metal kit with big boxy sponsons and a more conventional turret design. This was later followed by the new Predator Annihilator, that was also a plastic/metal hybrid, but had a more domed turret like the original Predator.

I've got one of these, and the auto-cannon is very droopy, unless you superglue it in place.

Thanks H.B.M.C for the information, I am curious as to the price tag i saw on the annihilator (i think it was around 300gbp or so) is accurate or if the person was hoping for a sucker who sees vintage and thinks value.
I'd rather keep it even it is worth a bit, but its nice to know what you have, yknow.

So there's a whole range of ebay stores that sit on warhammer at ludicrous prices. They just re-list those products over and over.

They are highly inflated over what people are actually normally willing to pay and they are either part of some laundering scam or such; or they are just relying on the tiny percentage of people who are impatient/desperate/ignorant and who have the money. Or to end up with the only remaining stock of the model and thus command the price.

In general I always look at "sold" listings. Not just completed, but sold. That gives you a generally more realistic impression of the value.

Of course value is what people are prepared to pay - you can price high like some stores, but you might wait a long time to make that sale.

New inbox stuff always commands the best prices (barring some exceptional paintwork) because gamers want to buy and build and paint predominantly. So new is always going to be a bonus.
There are also a few die-hard collectors of classic stuff, heck I've seen a few who collect old boxes not just models.

So there is a market for older models, from those who like the classic designs to those wanting to fill gaps or who are collectors.

A quick look at sold items on eBay shows plenty of built/built and painted examples in the £15-25 range.

There's no boxed examples in the scope of the search, but 2 Annihilator variants, both boxed and unbuilt, one sold for £40, one sold for almost £200 with not really compelling difference!

Honestly, in cases like this the best thing to do is take your time listing it properly, put a sensible starting price on it somtou don't accidentally give it away, and let the market price it out. Even something as simple as you apparently being in Australia and therefore postage to Europe or USA (as the two biggest markets) being higher could impact the price.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
For the record, my gut says it'll sell easily for £50 ish, but I'd only be mildly surprised if someone gave you a three figure price for it.

There is plenty of interest in OOP space marine stuff, but there's also a ton of supply. A built/painted version would probably sell for less than a NIB current predator.

However... there's a microniche of people that collect NIB product. Again, this was a popular kit and it was sold for quite a while, so it's not rare, but if you take your time and wait, somebody will pay a premium for it. I'd guess if you waited, you should get ~$150 USD.

the exact same box sold for $80 shipped, but it was open and apparently missing parts.
