As per the title, I'm looking for some replacement tracks for Chaos Land Raiders and Rhinos, loyalist versions will work too.

Does anybody know of any good third-party alternatives?

Blood and Skulls Industries has a great range of 3rd party track bits and turret bits and all sorts of vehicle bits. Should be available on eBay and you can run a filter for land raider compatible bits specifically.

Thanks, they have some pretty cool parts. It's a shame that they are based in the USA, shipping and import fees are not kind.

I used Blood and Skulls in the past and the quality is excellent but unfortunately I’ve stopped using them with the high cost of P&P from the USA at the moment. I now make my own. You can always use silicon putty and make copies for your own personal use. Here’s an example of some Land Raider tracks I’ve made for my Deathwatch army:
