I use a mix of GW and Army Painter paints (including speed paints and contrast) and the wash I typically use is Army Painter Dark Tone.

The problem is, Dark Tone leaves this gloss finish on parts of the model that have any GW Contrast paint on them.

Nuln Oil is too watery for my tastes.

Anyone know of a black/dark wash I can use on a model with both Contrast and Speed Paints that doesn't leave a gloss finish? Looking for Matte finish. Also, the paint must be something I can order online.

If you like the effect of dark tone, then you could put a layer of matte varnish, or even lahmium medium over it to kill the shine.

Vallejo washes are very dull (both the black and the umber, the lighter ones less so) - don't know how they work on Contrast or Speed Paint though, using them on Lascaux artist acrylics.
