Hi Guys,
I'm looking for a consistent cloak colour to go with my upcoming Khorne forces. The base is dark red (Flesh Tearers Red), so I was thinking some kind of teal would be a nice look to go with it. I really like the effect of the cloak of the Sorcerer painted up by the 'Eavy Metal team here:

I've reliably achieved this look with Stegadon Scale Green + Sotek Green, but for various reasons I was hoping to achieve this effect with a Contrast Paint + Layer. I have two questions, however, for how to achieve this effect:
1) Would the best contrast be Akhelian Green or Terradon Turquoise?
2) Which layers would be best to achieve this highlight?

Any help would be appreciated!

That model's page you linked has the "Contrast Method" paint guide, listing:
Behemoth Carapace:
Base: Grey Seer,
Contrast: Black Templar,
Layer: Temple Guard Blue.

But, you'll have tried that already

The Citadel Color app has the following for Teal:

Undercoat: Grey Seer
Contrast: Terradon Turquoise
Layer: Sotek Green
Layer: Temple Guard Blue
