im kinda-sorta intrested in it, but my main factions (thousand sons &admech) has their "proper" rules printed in white dwarf, which i didnt pick up at the time. Has thier been any noise about making a compliation of these white dwarf rules into a new permenent relase, or am i am S*** out of luck and need to either rely on wahapedia or track down a copy of that white dwarf for the phyiscal rules?

To be a man in such times is to be one amongst untold billions. It is to live in the cruelest and most bloody regime imaginable. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of technology and science, for so much has been forgotten, never to be relearned. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim dark future there is only war. There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting gods.

No compilation yet, Wahpedia is the best organised rules source (and incorporates all the rules...).

If Thousand Sons and AdMech are all you are interested in then just look for the relevant White Dwarf issues. Local gaming shops tend keep previous issues of White Dwarf on hand so you might get lucky there.

Its true; the current edition of Kill Team might be a good game but the way they're rolling out the rules is bloody awful. I'm just glad I picked up WD 474 when I did, for the Harlequins...

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

No need to resort to wahapedia, both WD issues in question can be found already in Warhammer+.

Looks like GW is releasing a KT book that collects all of the WD rules.

yes, i had seen that, thanks for mentioning it, though.

Im considering it still, but as thiers not really anyone playing it at my club, it might be difficult to find a game.

It's pretty easy to demo for them, though. Make a few teams, invite people to try it out ("quick and aggressive skirmish in an hour or two") and have fun.

We've had some solid interest on the rise at our club after we've kicked off a couple of demos with a friend there. Getting new games rolling always requires someone to bust out the old elbow grease.

#ConvertEverything blog with loyalist Death Guard in true and Epic scales. Also Titans and killer robots! C&C welcome.

fair enough, truth be told, Ive scratched my "need for a new game" itch with Bolt Action, which is rather popular at the culb. as far as i know, they played new kill team when it came out but it never really took off here. I might shell out for a core book and the new annual, but really, it's a toss up of 70 to 80 pounds on books to try and start a new game at the club, or the same cash into expanding my afrika korps, or my Tsons, both of which i KNOW i can get games with.
