Dave from the UK just joined after it being recommended by a few members of another war hammer site to see if any one can shed light on the Warhammer I have . If possible would like to post pictures

Welcome to dakka! As to pictures, yes post them (the discussions or modeling sub-forums would be the best I think for that purpose). I bet many here will enjoy and discuss such a classic miniatures
