I searched but didn’t see any discussion. Watched it on Netflix a few days ago. Not great but also not the complete train wreck YT channels were predicting. It was about 30 minutes too long but did contain a few chuckles.
Most of the reviews I've seen are quite negative and the ones that are positive are along the lines of "it wasn't that bad but it isn't that good either"
Still odd seeing them in color. I wonder if had been in B&W if it would have helped? I believe the original had a few later episodes in color and even then I recall not thinking it worked well.

Funny enough there’s a scene where herman is being viewed on a b&w tv and it seems to look much better. Of course, it’s probably because we’re all unconsciously comparing it to the original and feel more comfortable with that presentation.
