Wow the fact those new lotr battlehost things are only 36 quid is absurd.

Does anyone know if they ship to the USA? Their website says they do, but when I try to finish the check out process, it doesn't let me.

GW products are region locked. So they can't trade them outside of their region. Same as any other GW store worldwide. If they want to keep their trade account, they can't trade across certain boundaries.

Shops can't send GW junk between continents.

I tried earlier, you can buy other stuff from Wayland and it'll give you a shipping price to USA, but if you add any GW parts to the order it gives you an error message when you go to checkout.

Which SUCKS, because I would absolutely have bought a WHQ:Cursed City for $86 and another Cado Ezechiar for $16

It's limited stock, but there are a few UK based GW bits resellers that wind up being much cheaper than US stores for loose out-of-box items even after shipping

Of course GW would shut down any attempt to buy their products at reasonable prices. I remember back in the day I bought most of my Ogre Kingdoms army from Waylands because the prices were so much cheaper than US prices that even with pretty hefty shipping I came out ahead. One of my boxes got lost in the mail for like a month but showed up eventually, battered and bruised but with my Ogres safe inside.

With the dollar being so strong relative the pound now it'd probably be financially viable to fly to the UK and stock up on GW products.

Yeah, I saw WQ Cursed City for $86 and thought it would be a lot cheaper than the $165 it goes for on eBay, even if I paid like $40 for shipping, or whatever.

That's too bad that it's region-locked.

Yeah, I'd buy Cursed City too at that price. Too bad!
