Hi there, I have enough head hunter upgrade kits to make 20, but I'm curious what's the best way to build them? Do 4 5 man units or 2 10 man units? Is it better to load them up with combi meltas or leave them with their Banestrike bolters? Thanks!

I am still building mine so no play experience with them.

But I am going for flexibility: banestrike bolters + a Multimelta. MM with precision shots taking out characters is a real threat.

I see lots of people taking combimeltas, probably works too but makes them a bit too suicidal for my liking. I want to strike hard and then disappear into the shadow again.

If you want to run them like light infantry as a screen and main line, then the boltgun and the embedded MM are the way

If you just want to field them for efficencies sake, consider combi meltas.
