Say I've got a Land Raider. It can carry 10 Marine-sized people.

Can I put two 5-man Devastator Squads in the same vehicle like I could in 9th?

From page 56 of the rules PDF:

Every Dedicated Transport unit from
your army must start the battle with at least
one
unit embarked within it, or it cannot be
deployed for that battle and will instead
count as having been destroyed during the
first battle round

I can't see anything else that would prevent more then one unit from going in a transport as it would be kind of silly for the Stormlord to have a transport capacity of 40 models when I don't even think a single unit from that army is that big.

Although, do read the back of the card telling you what they transport, as some datasheets have something like this:
This model has a transport capacity of 10 Necron Warrior models and 1 Necrons Infantry Character model.
