Hi there.
Has anyone still got the old OPR grimdark lists. They have got rid of loads of units so my 40k collection is useless.
Thank you.

You can stat them up yourself
Any opponent who would let you use and old army list will also let you use the official unit editor

Community lists to the rescue!
I didn't like what they did to the Human Defence Force and then the Orc Marauders - I guess that that's the price that you pay for them putting their own stamp on the game. Unfortunately, it ends up moving away from the original idea of a 40k knockoff game.
I've found very reasonable lists for the Orks and IG on there, so I'm happy.

Out of curiosity, what are some of the units that are now useless?
Things have changed a fair amount, but none of my units from any armies have been dropped that I can recall. At least not without a similar unit replacement or being moved to a different list.

Oh have they moved away from the GW model range? That's exciting to me

That's part of my question to the OP.
Our experience is still that we can take a GW codex (albeit, second hand 8th and 9th edition) and build and army straight from Army builder. In some cases I'll have to use two official lists but the differences is more that the OPR lists have more units than GW codices.
However, The 40k armies I've been using in Grimdark are Marines, (Blood Angels and Dark Angels), Imperial Guard, Tau and Necrons. I'm not sure if some of the other 40k armies have become less compatible.

If anyone has got links to said army lists, I'd be interested. Haven't had any problems so fair myself with SM, guard, crowns, chaos. If I'm unsure what is what, I just pick a resembling enough profile and make count as and that's it.

40k: Necrons/Imperial Guard/ Space marines
Bolt Action: Germany/ USA
Project Z.

I found a link to a google drive with the old lists for all their games, it's what I use because I was happy remaining with the pre-2.5 update for my games. I also prefer the printed pdf lists to using any kind of screen based list builder for my games.
Hopefully this link works for you guys:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13nfN9NyefXOFGo_0v1R0qDZtnHQPMaOZ
I wish OPR had kept these as downloads because having the history of the game is cool.
Edit to add why I stick with pre-2.5:
I had made cards for my lists pre-2.5 and the 2.5 changes were such that I'd have to remake my cards, and not only that, but add additional models to my armies. I wasn't really in the mood for that so I decided I wouldn't move forward for now. I actually think the change to make Terminators be 3 to a squad rather than 5 is a good one, but I had configured my dudes in 5 man squads and at the time didn't feel like adding more. I've since rectified that but other changes like to Guard would also have required me to make changes and I'm not really in it for that any more.
Then they changed to this online list builder and I just wasn't into the change. Along with that they started to change to be more focused on their own 3D printed stuff - like the Jackals going from being a Kroot stand in in the Tau list to being their own list and being removed from the Tau list. That annoyed me because it means I have to faff around to have a classic Tau list and having classic GW armies is one of the reasons I like Grimdark Future.
So since I was not unhappy with the pre-2.5 rules, and I value stability, having things on paper and not having to re-explain the game (I only get to play every few months and my opponent is utterly casual) there was no need for me to upgrade. I'm not that concerned with balance because I'm using my own collection to play and so there's no list tailoring possible in any case. I just like finished, complete games instead of constantly updated games I have to keep up with.
I do find it funny that I am apparently such a fething grognard that I am playing Oldhammer One Page Rules at this point. But if I ever feel the desire to move to the current edition I will do so without issue.
