im thinking of running the darkoath spearhead using the newly released old world marauders.
can any of you think of a model to replace the wargueen that matches the aesthetic of the marauders?

I suppose the easiest choice would be Frydaal from the same range.

i plan on telling them apart by weapon choice.
two handed weapons are savagers, single weapon and shield marauders.
i think this even aligns with the actual darkoath... i think

i need an old crone/witch though for the savagers if anyone has a suggestion for that.

Depending on the level of work you wanna do, you could hunt down the Old Witch of Khador from Warmachine and remove the boiler from her back.

oohhh, brands oathbound may kill two birds with one stone. kinda pricey though but what isnt
thoughts for her as a warqueen?

Tanari is literally a Warqueen in game, so she's a straight out of the box alternative. When you compare against the price of Frydaal, you get a lot more content if you can use the other pieces. Especially as you can get the box discounted and Frydaal you can't.
