Hello.

I've been eying the vindicator tank for space marines and just can't stop thinking if it could be converted to fit in more with the primaris tanks.
So im wondering if anyone has any tips on where to get some kits, or some one who has done this and posted pictures or if anyone knows if it's even a good idé.
What im looking for is to either make the vindicator tank look more primaris, or if there is a good option to make a primaris tank look like a vindicator tank.
I have been looking all over and cant really find anything im looking foor.

Ty in advance.

You could probably combine a vindicator armament with a Gladiator with a bit of finagling. While it would be a bit pricey, you could probably build a predator out of the remaining bits. I’m pretty sure that a vindicator comes with everything you need to make a rhino chassis, including the turret top plate.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Then my question is if I combine the vindicator armament on to a gladiator, will it still play by the rules?

You'd be making what's commonly called a "proxy" - IE using one model (which isn't the official one) to play the rules of a particular datasheet.

So you'd use entirely the normal rules of a Vindicator, yours would just look a little different.

In any casual group, that should be fine.
But some groups are very strict and wouldn't be happy about it. But if you're new I doubt you're playing in those groups anyway.
Best way to know for sure would be to ask your local group if they'd mind. But I'd bet money the response would be "yeah man that sounds awesome, crack on"

Agree with the above. The great thing about vindicators is they you can’t really be mistaken for anything else with that honking great cannon. So you should get some leeway on the chassis it’s on.
