Im reading through the Horus Heresy novels and everytime they bring up a titan it gets me thinking about how cool it would be to field them.

I see the armorcast ones on Ebay alot and sometimes the Forgeworld.  Are they the same size?  Does anyone have any experience with either?  Has anyone scratch built a loyalist or traitor titan?

well i thought of scratching one myself.
So far,i switched onto a large scale BFG ship but the titan is still around.I consider my work half done as i collect legos (i got -lots-) and happen to have a few mechs already made.
All thats left to do is just to give the skeleton flesh with plasticard and paint.

Both are about 11" tall, but the Armorcast one is smaller(looking) overall and not scaled as well to other figs as the FW one.
