hey all,

i recently purchased the Hardened Vets w/ shotguns from

forgeworld. they are really nice models. but i noticed 2 of the

shotguns are bent. can i straiten them the same way you would

with hot water? i used it this weekend to staiten a heavy stubber.

i just don't want to hurt the resin.

thanks.

It worked for larger pieces like the Waveserpent cabin. I don't know about
tiny shotguns, though.

what the hell, it's only money!

i'll go slow, short dipping times. play it by ear.

as long as it didn't do any damage to the resin, it should work.

Standing outside Jester's house demanding the things he took from my underwear drawer.

I had a broken part on my last Forgeworld battlesuit and they sent me replacement head. if it doesn't work, just email them and give them a few weeks to answer (it took almost 3 weeks to get an answer).

oh, hell no.

i had some Cadian Resp. heads that were really blobbed up.

i called them at 6:00 a.m. CST, and got it resolved in a day.

then in a couple weeks i got the phone bill...

Hot water will work, as can a hair dryer and laying them on a flat surface.

Warped resin is a lot more common than you think.

I fixed the sword(this thing's much smaller/thinner than the blades GW plastics use) on my Inquisitor Lok figure this way, so a much thicker(in relation to that sliver of a sword) shotgun should take it fine.
