As far as I know, the options available to you are pretty limited:
-Bloodthirster metal wings fit pretty well on the new tyrant, but don't fit the alien theme very well.
-Plastic Dragon wings look ok on the 3rd ed tyrant, you could maybe adjust the details on these to make it more aliens-ish. Plastic is certainly easier to shave off and modify.
-The Forgeworld tyrant wings are amazing, but getting just the wings (and on the cheap) will be difficult.
Beyond that you're entering custom build land. Where it can become amazing, or really really awful.
Try to scour Ebay for an Winged Alien Queen figure. The wings very much fit the visuals of the Xenomorphs.
