Will there also be "events" for characters who remained at "The Fortress",or will the "events" only center around those who sally forth into the city?

Just like Santa (or is that Satan? Curse you dyslexia!) I bring events for all!

I've had to call in sick to work today (what with being sick), so between bouts of being ill, I may work on a couple of event ideas for you all.

Yeah, though I can't remember if you said if you wanted to go anywhere specific on this road trip (perhaps you want to get the fattest member of the group laid at the local female collage? ).

Keira had shed all her tears. She sniffed, and rubbed her eyes, which were red from the tears. Daisy looked over to her, and smiled in an attempt to be comforting. After she didn't get the response she hoped for, Daisy wandered over.

"Hey, I thought you might be hungry, so I brought you some pizza."

Keira stared.

"Go f*ck yourself, hippy" She spat, shocked at the venomous reply to an innocent remark. Daisy looked like she might cry, but instead, the girl turned and flounced off. Keira watched her go. She then wandered upstairs towards the bathroom, and set about making herself a bath. Undressing, she discarded her clothes and stepped into the warm, soapy water. She let herself sink in, and relax amongst the bubbles.

The agony in her heart, the loss of Tom. It felt like something had been torn out of her. Sorrow loomed, but she didn't care. Sighing to herself, Keira surveyed the various contents littering the sides of the bath. There was a little battleship, an action man, and, yes, there was an MP5 and a couple of clips.

Keira smiled. Trust a soldier to play with his gun in the bath.

After a lengthy soak, Keira clambered out, and dried herself off.

'Blast' She thought 'I left my other set of clothes downstairs'

Keira wrapped herself up in the towel, and wandered downstairs. Halon gawped as she passed, but she decided not to notice. It was about halfway through the building when she realised she had proably made a mistake. Shadow and tombstone were watching her, their faces etched with a mix of concern and glee.

'Boyfriends dead, and now im wandering around naked. Good impression.' Keira thought, and cursed her lapse into stupidity. The towel suddenly felt to small, and it wasnt covering enough. She felt herself going red with embarressment. However, just at the point where she thought she could bare it no more, Bonzo was at her side.

"PrInceSS, WhaT aRe You dOiNg?! I'lL dIstRact tHem. gO gEt cLoThes oN!" he whispered.

Bonzo then leapt in front, and began to throw his eggs at the two men.

"Oi clown, watch it!" Tombstone bellowed as a yolky projectile exploded just to his left. Keira raced away, grabbing up her rucksack, and charging off upstairs again.

Shadow managed to catch an egg in mid flight, and he threw it back at Bonzo. Presently, they seemed to be having a food fight, but the distraction worked.

Keira was almost at the bathroom when Jennifer stepped out in front of her. She glanced at her, shook her head disapprovingly, and let her pass.

Keira was then in the safety of a locked room, and she let herself catch her breath before getting dressed.

While it was nice to have some humour in this RP again, Shadow is in the garage. So unless Keira left her bag in there...

We'll just say it took place before Shadow went to the garage or something..

Now, back to the present, 5 minutes to join Shadow guys.

Have we got an official head count on who intends to go with Shadow?

I sort of need to know so I can write up my RP.

Mmm. Although, if everyone's PM'd, I think that Silver should just write a post with them jumping aboard the vehicle, and it heading into the city. Then the fun can begin.


Also, it's funny in a way, but I can see this RP going on for a 100 pages or more .

OOC: Yes, I think 100 pages would be easy to reach,well unless Silver unleashes some extreme nastiness.

Also,I agree..It might be best if Silver just wrote up a post with "...and so and so Got aboard,leaving so and so behind."

I'm still waiting on a few people - if they don't reply in the next 2 hours or so I will assume that they stayed behind and post up the event.

Daisy sat in the front room,she checked over her pistols the way Tombstone had shown her,making sure the were fully loaded and "Sliding smooth" as he called their action.
For a brief second,when she had offered Keira some food to eat and been screamed at for it,she had considered hauling out one of the pistols and sending Keira to catch up with Tom,the thought had filled her with a rage she had only felt when her step father had been alive.

She sighed and shook her head,insuring her spare magazines were completely loaded as well,before beginning to examine the MP5-SD Tombstone had also given her.

She supposed she could understand Keiras outburst,hell the woman had just had to kill the man she loved,but...if any one thought that little Daisy was going to be their whipping girl...they had better think again,she had put up with enough gak from her step-father to last a life time,and she didn't intend to put up with anymore now.

Tombstone walked over and sat besides her.

" So" she said " Are you going with Shadow?"

" I'm not sure" The biker said " might be best if I hang back and play watch dog here."

Daisy nodded " If you go,I'll go with you...if you stay,so will I." she looked at the biker " Your the only person I totally trust right now...and I'm not going to be any more than ten feet away from you."

The biker nodded.

" Stone" Daisy said " Maybe we should think about just taking off altogether...some of us at least."

Tombstone glanced at the young woman " I made a promise,before we found you...to Jennifer" the biker said " Her Father is being kept safe by a group of Satan's...she thought he was dead...long story,anyway..I promised I'd get her to him."

" I can't say I like her much" Daisy said " She seems a bit spoiled if you ask me...but,she can obviously handle herself when trouble comes...and..if you made a promise..then ...you should do what you said you would...if you can."

Tombstone nodded.

" If you decide to take her to her Father...then I'm with you" Daisy said " ...where ever you decide to go...I want to go to."

She threw her arms around the biker and held him tightly...

I was using it as meaning that things were going to get tough for you, but thoughts of a nuclear fire storm have entered my mind and it would add a nice twist in there and pave the way for a few other ideas I had

Tombstone leapt from the couch.

"Where are you going?" Daisy exclaimed

" I just thought of something." Tombstone said " I'll be right back."

The biker ran into the front yard,weapons drawn...it was clear for now.

Tombstone made his way over to the truck,he had been correct before,the front passenger side tire had been hit by one of the bullets from the Gatling gun...but other than that..the truck was fine.

The biker quickly checked the rear bed and cab to make sure no ghouls were lurking inside and jumped in the truck,he started it and pulled it as close to the house as he could.

Daisy had stepped out into the front yard,watching Tombstone,she smiled.." Your a fething genius".

Tombstone nodded,as he rapidly pulled the spare tire from the rear bed and with Daisy's help,quickly had the ruined tire off and the spare on and ready to go.

" Now" the biker said " We load up a bit of ammo,some MREs and supplies...and we have an emergency back up escape vehicle...just in case."

The Biker sent Daisy inside to start gathering supplies.

Shadow stepped into the yard " What's going on easy rider?" he asked.

" Just playing a bit of cover all bases my friend" the biker said.

He quickly explained to Shadow what he planned for the truck,Shadow nodded a bit apprehensively " Ok" he said " Just don't try to fit the whole bunkers content in there".

Tombstone shook his head " Naw man,most of what I'm going to stash in the truck is already in a few backpacks I have...like I said,it's just going to be an emergency evac sort of thing."

Shadow nodded " Ok bro...I have one more thing to show you".

Shadow and Tombstone walked back into the house and went upstairs,in a small room Shadow showed Tombstone a Military Radio set up.

" If you do end up playing guard dog here" Shadow said "We can stay in contact over this and the police radio in the riot truck."

Tombstone nodded.

" There is another set up just like this down in the bunker as well" Shadow said.

Tombstone smiled.....
