Did you save the Cops or let them Die?

Did you keep an eye on the infect member of the group?

Did you keep together as a group and sneak past the zombies?

if you said no to any of these then you have part of your answer. as to me these ones were not only logical, but the best answer for survival.

i did them as you described ... they were logical for me too..... what did you answer to the first questions? where you hear noises from your sleeping room?

i listened for sounds (not with ear against door), i used the sedan with full tank, i ran on feet.. i let the cop die..

hmmm... i took the gas fromthe sedan...that might be a dumb move... but well it is always good to have a cop with you...can´t see why this was a bad move...

^ you'd have to risk your life to maybie save a guy.. but i guess we would have to save a cop if we wanted mxw to join along!

Because saving the cop alerts zombies to your presense... which is terrible, I ran to find a safe place. I would only have saved them if they had ammo... which they had just ran out of... so for me, leave them, I need to live because the zombies didnt know about me.

Precisely... its a question of which is beneficial to survival in that situation. It's how I play FO:3 for crying out loud lols... If I can't tackle something without risk to myself, there is no reason fro me to bother.

well thats why you must adapt to survive, if your alone in the apoc than your going to have to lose a gak ton of humanity, which is why i'd rather be in a group even if it will get me in danger

well i don´t want to loose my humanity... not even in the post apoc... i watched book of eli and i say... there was that ambush and rape scnene...and i would have killed those bastards...if you live like an animal you get problems every morning to get up...because you an´t find a reason to live anymore... you have to face yourself in the mirror every day...

There is merits for both tbh.

In an apocalypse, there are pro's to being Evil as well as Good. Because like the cop situation, there is no point getting yourself killed, because someone else is about to die. It's pointless heroism.

But then we have those situations when you see something happen and you can't do anything couse you know that you'll get killed then..

well... i see it differently...what is the point to live a live not worth living? keeping yourself alive for what reason? being alone for the rest of your live? not for me...then better a moment of stupid heroism than becoming an egoistic jerk...and don´t say i am not bale to see the point here... i know that this would be the sensible selfpreserving option to run and let others get eaten but i couldn´t live with that...or better don´t want to...

I think perhaps Vik you'd act differently in that situation. Humanity is the on species on the planet to quantify life by giving it a reason. I simply exist through a series of mathmatical equasions that led to my existance. All life is derived from probability theory. Cause and effect etc...

and childe i understand you... but i lived a lonley live for quite a long time... now after family life and such things i wouldn´t want to live another day without company... so i would do everything to get company...the worst things in movies like "i am lagend" are for me the long times of totally lonlyness... i couldn´t bear that... it would soon lead me to pull the trigger on me... so with that foresight/hindsight reasoning...

born in the philly region childe! and we beat them last night 4-3 in OT, they where up 3-0 in the first... damn they suck!
