No it won't be Adeptus Custodes, because those guys have their own symbols, and more importantly, never leave Earth. Or rather, they go where the Emperor explicitly bids them to go, no other authority has any power over them, and with the Emperor incapacitated, they stay where he is.

As always, good fun to see people ignore the other three pages where the conclusion has already been given.

And it's even more fun to deconstruct sentences like this one:

It's an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor, so maybe it's... something that isn't an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor. It's stated as something, so maybe it's something completely different to that.
