Well done - that's ace.

The figures look good to.

Out of interest - do you just superglue the figures to the bases?

There are 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary, and those who don't.

So three hours of sleep is not all it's cracked up to be, lol! Thanks for all the encouragement and kind words, I'm glad you all like the army and paint job and whatnot.

Later in the week after all the touchups are done I'll post pics of each squad with their names and equipment, probably stick it in the army profile section. I can't wait for the tournament this weekend, my first game with this army is going to be the first game of the tournament!

Yep!

I forward the motion to dub him MegaHairDave, Seneschal of Speed Painting.
Oh Boy, quite the nickname huh?

how did your friend get on? any pics of his?
Yeah he gave up, no pics worth showing really.

Well Done, I particularly like the defiler
Hey thanks, he a favorite of mine as well. Very menacing, burning everything in his path. Can't wait for him to actually kill something!

You know what?

I've been sitting here all smug and content because I almost finished redoing my 'Crons this week end. I got 48 Warriors, 10 Flayed ones, 3 Wraiths, 5 Destroyers and 6 Scarabs almost done.

Unitl this very moment, I was proud.

Now I'm ashamed.

....VERY well done!

wow congrats Megadave! Great work on those CSMs, I like the colors a lot. The Defiler came out really great, I like the pose especially.

How did you go about painting the green? It looks great, especially for being done so quickly!

Great job

I can see from the pic that you've still got to add gold to the troopers and such. Will that be done by Thursday? I would love to see squad-by-squad pics once you've finished it

Victory is yours!!

That's the plan, but I don't actually need them till saturday, so i might not work to hard, lol! At the same time, i am heading back downstairs now, as I'd really just like to get the flock on everyone and clearcoat them and forget about paint ever touching these models again. Ahhh... how great completed armies are!

Thanks,

MegaDave

Well done sir, well done!

This is an achievement similar to that of Liam Neeson in Taken: 35 Albanian Mob members and his friend's wife in under 96 hours.

Damn impressive, Master UberHair!
