WOW! beautiful work and probabaly the best titan conversions I have seen yet. Where did you get the photo etched brass done?

The black rage is within us all. Lies offer no shield against the inevitable. You speak of donning the black of duty for the red of brotherhood; but it is the black of rage you shall wear when the darkness comes for you.

The photo etched brass was made by a French guy I got in contact with through another forum.

Okay so a bit long update, I've been working on some buildings and the reaver. Enjoy the pictures.
None of the buildings are complete yet, they still need some detailing and some shattered glass.

the tower:

The shrine:

The bastion:

The knight in urban terrain:

And finally, the mighty reaver:

Those buildings are great , the tower reminds me of the famous venetian one! They look kinda tough until you see them next to the titan and knight. nice logo as well

What a great blog! I'd really like to see more shots of the infantry you are building too.

Sweet terrain Weathering powders are so much fun to use. The effect you turned out is perfect , and the patina on your marine statue is ace! Keep up the great work. And of course your knight has turned out great.

I don't know what they'll represent as I don't intend to play any games with this army, it's mostly a hobby project as this allows me to build stuff and ignore any rules :
The small spiders are made from search lights from the ravenwing upgrade sprue with legs made from the radar disk on the sm vehicle accessory sprue.

Thanks a lot, everybody seems to like my knight And the rust is airbrushed on, it's just plain paint and no weathering powders

That is one of the reasons why titans are used for warfare ;D

Rochronos wrote:How did you get the rust effect on the walls? Just superb!

It's airbrushed on, It's Macharius Solar Orange and flesh wash ink for a bit of variation.

Hehe thanks dude I'll see if I can get n udate soon for you

I have a priority list that starts with me getting my own airbrush, and then maybe saving up for either a warhound or a reaver (would be neat with 2 reavers and a warlord ) I totally understand your feelings towards the warhound, it's an awesome model and a great kit as well I must say after building 2 of the FW ones I really want one for myself at some point.

Pacing around the Omega Vault

I like what you did with the brass etch. I was never able to fully get behind the iconography for the Legio Ignatum, but this looks really good. I ended up doing mine LI logos cartoon-style, like WWII bomber art. Your way is much less of a headache painting-wise
